About
The line item nobody owns
A cancelled seat keeps billing the day someone forgets to say so. Nobody owns that line item, so it renews. Multiply it across a small team and you get a second rent that never appears in a budget conversation — trials that converted quietly, the same tool twice under two emails, price increases that only ever showed up as one line in a renewal notice.
What it actually does
SaaSClerk connects to a mailbox with read-only access, matches billing mail to a renewal calendar, and puts a name next to every recurring charge. The scan reads the past twelve months of invoices and builds the subscription inventory, including the ones flagged as shadow IT — a charge with no owner attached.
Where we stop
We never send mail, never delete mail, never store message bodies. The mailbox credential is held encrypted and is an authorization code rather than a password, because the read-only grant is the point of the product, not a footnote to it. Read the full list in our Privacy Policy and Security pages.
Who builds it
SaaSClerk is built and operated by HAO RAN FU. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider, so checkout happens on their side and ours never sees or stores card details. Questions or a refund request: Contact · Refunds.
