The code they billed is not always the code you bought.
If a carrier or broker put a different HTS code on your entry than the one printed on the product page, you may have paid duty at a rate that never applied to your goods. This checker puts the two codes side by side, computes the difference, and drafts the pack your broker needs.
1. Compare the two codes
Paste the HTS code printed on the product page, then the lines from your 7501 or carrier invoice. Nothing leaves this page — the check runs in your browser.
Price
$49 per entry, checked by hand and returned as a pack. You pay only after the check finds a difference; a clean entry is free. Send one entry to ops@saasclerk.app after using the checker, and we reply with the invoice and any corrections to the pack.
CAPE covers IEEPA duties only, and CBP pays refunds to the importer of record or the Notify Party named on CBP Form 4811. Section 232 and 301 overpayments follow a Post Summary Correction or protest path instead. If your carrier filed as the IOR, the refund reaches them first — the pack then becomes a pass-through request. We are not a customs broker and do not file in ACE. Nothing here is legal or customs advice.
