We use OAuth 2.0 to connect your billing mailbox (Gmail or Outlook). We scan past emails for invoice and receipt keywords, extract structured data (vendor, amount, renewal date), and never store email content — only the extracted metadata.
Is my financial data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). We use read-only OAuth access, never store passwords, and each company's data is logically isolated.
Do I need IT to set this up?
No. If your finance team has access to the billing mailbox, they can authorize SaaSClerk in under 5 minutes. No SSO, no IT tickets, no implementation project.
